Ilkan Koral (b. 1991, Nicosia) is an emerging fashion designer based in Madrid. With a diverse academic background and a multidisciplinary perspective, he earned an MA in Fashion Design from CSDMM and has hands-on experience in styling and visual merchandising for Madrid-based brands. Koral now serves as the creative force behind ILKAN.KO, a brand he launched in 2024.

His designs bridge the gap between menswear and womenswear, offering adaptable pieces that flatter diverse body types. Skilled in textile arts, he employs techniques such as macramé, embroidery, and other forms of handwork to create rich textures and unique finishes—promoting a sustainable, slow-fashion approach. His mixed techniques and material choices reflect his Cypriot roots, blending heritage and contemporary urban style influenced by Madrid.

Deeply inspired by his culture, family, and surroundings, Koral’s work explores the intersection of tradition and modernity, making his designs a personal reflection of his life and emotions. In 2023, he showcased his project Camino at the REVIVE exhibition in Nicosia and London as an active member of the Fashion Heritage Network Cyprus. His second collection, Allongé, was presented at the Cyprus Fashion Film Festival in June 2024. His latest and third collection, GIRMIZI, was unveiled in June 2025.

Currently, ILKAN.KO is part of 15 Segundos Agency, one of the most reputable showrooms in Madrid, where the latest designs are available to discover and experience firsthand.
